4. Appointments, Payments, and Cancellations

Scheduling

Appointments can be booked through our website or via phone. Availability is not guaranteed and may change based on provider schedules.

Fees & Payment

All fees are disclosed at the time of booking or prior to service delivery. Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards.
We do not accept insurance. Patients are responsible for verifying their out-of-pocket expenses and coverage for any services.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a $50 fee.No-shows may be charged the full cost of the session.
